The impact of drugs and drug use on modern culture is profound. As subject matter, drugs have been integral to some of the most highly acclaimed examples of their genre. Equally, some of the finest works ever created have been inspired by the drug experience itself. Whilst I cannot possibly do justice to this aspect over just a handful of pages, I will attempt to scratch its surface.
Within this canopy, I will also present some ideas for psychedelic exploration, and offer a more traditional book reference and reading list, which I hope will be of value.
